The Club Penguin UK Office Shuts Down

Greetings, according to this website called Castanet.net, Club Penguin has cut jobs with employees, losing their positions in Kelowna, Los Angeles, and England.

There were approximately 30 people that were laid off in Kelowna, even more laid off in Los Angeles, and the office in Brighton, England shut down this Thursday.

A laid-off employee says staff were told membership numbers are way down and that Club Penguin is not doing well.

^ That is true sir, and Disney Interactive have released this statement to Castanet saying:

Disney Interactive continually looks to find ways to create efficiencies and streamline our operations. As part of this ongoing process, we are consolidating a small number of teams and are undergoing a targeted reduction in workforce.

So the whole cause for this is that the staff members were told membership numbers are way down and that Club Penguin is not doing very good at all.

(Now I’m talking about something else) Think about the past for a minute. The parties and the takeovers aren’t that good this year because of a messed up things going on. The SoundStudio Party 2015 is an example, the plaza is MESSED UP because why would there be a Hollywood Party 2015 themed design at the plaza? This is the SoundStudio Party 2015, not the Hollywood Party 2013. Another thing thats messed up is the updates, Club Penguin have deleted the EPF Messages because it was the wrong one and the incorrect one to include in the update.

So, here’s what I’m saying, could CP do something good in the near future? I hope so because these players are leaving because of their messed up things going on. At least all the servers have a 1 bar there, that means there’s no “HUGE” amount of people online. Could CP restart all this madness and do something good at least?
